Services described
API Processor provides educational content on financial auditing guidance for transaction processor exception handling controls. Site pricing is informational only. Enrollment is confirmed through separate correspondence with our Seoul desk.
Accounts and communications
You agree to provide accurate contact details when submitting forms. You are responsible for safeguarding any access credentials we later issue for cohort materials.
Intellectual property
Course materials, templates, trademarks, and site content remain the property of API Processor or its licensors. You may use materials for internal learning by enrolled participants. Redistribution, resale, or public posting of lab datasets and templates is prohibited without written consent.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content at a scale that impairs service, submit unlawful material through forms, or misrepresent affiliation with API Processor.

Training does not constitute legal, regulatory, or certified audit advice for your specific institution. You remain responsible for compliance decisions under applicable Korean and other jurisdictional rules.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, API Processor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or educational materials. Our aggregate liability for a confirmed enrollment is limited to fees you paid for that enrollment within the preceding twelve months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Korea. Courts located in Seoul shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes that cannot be resolved amicably, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
