Refund policy
Last updated: 28 July 2026. This policy applies to paid enrollments confirmed with API Processor.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to confirmed paid seats for live cohorts and self-paced access purchased through our Seoul desk. Informational prices on this site are not charges; only invoiced enrollments are eligible.
Timeframe
Request a full refund within 7 days of payment if you have not accessed more than one module and have not attended a live session. Requests after day 7 are evaluated for partial refunds as described below.
Full refund conditions
We issue a full refund when: (1) the request arrives within 7 days; (2) downloadable templates beyond the overview packet have not been accessed; and (3) no live session was attended. We also offer a full refund if we cancel a cohort and cannot offer a suitable transfer date.
Partial refund conditions
If you withdraw after accessing multiple modules but before the midpoint of a live cohort, we may refund 40% of the seat fee. After the midpoint, seats are non-refundable except where Korean consumer law requires otherwise.
Non-refundable items
Custom Control Board on-site days already delivered, third-party venue costs prepaid on your behalf, and completed one-to-one evidence-pack reviews are non-refundable.
Refund process
Email info@api-processor.digital with your invoice number, enrolled name, and reason. We confirm eligibility within 5 Korea business days.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 10–15 Korea business days. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your institution.
Cancellation by learner
You may transfer a seat to a colleague in the same organization up to 48 hours before the first live session at no charge. Later transfers may incur an administrative fee disclosed in your invoice terms.
Exceptions
Documented medical emergencies or mandated regulatory leave may qualify for extended deferral even when a cash refund is unavailable. Contact us with supporting detail; we handle sensitive information confidentially.
