Data we collect

We collect information you submit through contact forms (name, email, optional topic, message), correspondence about enrollments, and technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited when analytics cookies are accepted.

Purposes

We use data to respond to inquiries, deliver course access, improve site content, maintain security, and meet legal obligations in Korea.

Retention

Contact form messages are retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an active enrollment dispute. Enrollment records are retained for up to 7 years for accounting and audit of our own operations. Analytics aggregates are retained for 14 months.

User rights

Subject to applicable Korean law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Send requests to info@api-processor.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.

International transfers

We primarily store and process data in Korea. If a processor outside Korea assists with email or hosting, we require contractual safeguards appropriate to the transfer, including confidentiality and security commitments.

Security

We apply access controls, encrypted transport where supported, and least-privilege practices for staff who handle learner data. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending passwords or full payment card numbers through contact forms.

Children

Our services target adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
